Teodora Serafimova joined Bellona Europa in March 2014. She holds a BSc in Environmental Policy from the London School of Economics, and a Master of Advanced International Studies from the Diplomatic Academy of Vienna. She has previously gained work experience at the UNFCCC Secretariat where she provided support to the climate negotiations. Prior to joining Bellona, Teodora completed a traineeship at DG Environment of the European Commission. At Bellona Europa Teodora focuses on decarbonisation incentives, such as emission trading schemes and emission performance standards. She also supports R&Dialogue, ZEP and the development and planning for Bellona’s engagement in international climate negotiations.
